Translating Mongolian
mining resources into the language of global capital markets.

MPC is the mining RWA issuance standard infrastructure operating on blockchain.
We convert the entire Mongolian mining value chain into a tokenizable asset structure, and deliver it with a
risk/return profile that institutional investors can understand.

How It Works · Single Rail

From resource to capital,
on one standard rail.

Mongolian mining assets are structured and tokenised on-chain, then connected to global institutional capital.
MPC operates this entire process as a single, seamless pipeline.

Investment Case

Why Mongolian mining RWA,and why now.

Bridging the distance between resources and capital is the defining infrastructure challenge of the next decade. MPC closes that gap with a standardised issuance layer.

01 / 04

Mongolia: the next resource frontier

We target mining assets spanning a diverse range of commodities — copper, gold, coal, rare earths, and more. Reserve quantities and grades will not be published on this site until confirmed by an independent Competent Person report (JORC / NI 43-101).

02 / 04

Capital is rotating into yield-bearing RWA

Global institutional investors are rapidly increasing allocations to Real-World Assets (RWA) backed by stable cash flows and tangible collateral.

03 / 04

Yet the infrastructure layer is absent

Most existing deals remain one-off, project-level transactions. There is no infrastructure layer that standardises issuance, management, and distribution.

04 / 04

MPC fills the standard-layer gap

MPC is not a single project — it is an infrastructure play that fills this void as a repeatable, auditable RWA issuance standard, not a one-off deal.

Full-Stack Infrastructure

From resource to on-chain yield,
end-to-end.

MPC is not a technology platform. We operate four layers for the issuance and distribution of mining RWAs as a single standard stack.

Resource Layer

Mine exploration & due diligence, offtake structure design, mining/transport/sales partnerships.

Blockchain-based RWA token issuance & management, on-chain registry, auditable smart contracts.

Chain Foundation

Built for scalability and resilience on Blockchain.

In the multi-chain era, the choice of issuance infrastructure determines an asset's trustworthiness and scalability. MPC builds an RWA issuance standard layer on top of Blockchain.

MPC × Blockchain

MPC operates as the upper RWA issuance layer on top of Blockchain infrastructure. It inherits the chain's scalability, security, and ecosystem while providing structuring, reporting, and distribution standards tailored to mining assets.

CHAIN
Scalability
Multi-chain scalability via AggLayer and low transaction costs.
Security
Blockchain's staking-based validator set (external chain infrastructure & presence) and EVM-compatible security model. MPC's own verification and oracle layer is separate and in the design phase.
Ecosystem
Accumulated infrastructure of institutional RWA issuers, custodians, and liquidity partners.

Governance & Risk

Designed not just for growth,
but for governance.

Governance Structure

  • Investment Committee
Independent review and approval of issuance proposals
  • Operating Partners
Governance of mining operations, offtake, and logistics partnerships
  • Legal & Compliance
Review of local and international regulations, KYC/AML, and token issuance structure
  • Reporting Line
Quarterly operational reporting and on-chain data disclosure

Risk Framework

Resource Risk
Independent reserve assessment and technical advisory form the planned verification process; CP agreement and reserve validation are scheduled.
Managed · by design
Operational Risk
SLA-based operational controls across offtake, transport, and refining partners.
Managed · by design
Market Risk
Commodity hedge policy and price-volatility absorption mechanisms embedded in the issuance structure.
Hedged · by design
Regulatory Risk
Pre-application of KYC/AML standards with local and international legal counsel.
Compliant · by design

MPC as verification infrastructure.

MPC is not a single mine deal — it is the infrastructure that standardizes verification and information across the mining-asset lifecycle and translates that into global capital-market language. Our first reference case is Tsagaan Tolgoi strategic minerals, and our second is the Muskdas gold priority-supply rights. The items below concern infrastructure-capability design and do not represent confirmed asset values or returns.

I.

Structural white space

Global precedents for legally tokenized mining RWAs are scarce. The absence of precedent is simultaneously an opportunity and a risk (ESG, stranded assets, institutional aversion); we disclose both sides.

II.

Verification = moat, but still by design

We are designing a dual-layer verification system combining JORC physical and institutional verification with CCTV/AI digital verification. The goal is to make verification a moat — it is not a moat that exists today.

III.

Orchestration infrastructure

Our infrastructure capability connects, commissions, and standardizes CP, audit, and legal functions via MOU/on-demand. The design supports processing multiple deals.

IV.

Honesty itself is trust capital

Disqualifying factors (SS-1–5) are not concealed — they are fully disclosed via an Investor Notice. Not presenting unverified items as verified is the differentiator of this infrastructure.
